would love to go back
Had a great time in a double room with super comfy bedding and nice touches like bathrobes and a kettle. The spa was amazing—swam in the indoor pool, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed the steam room. The staff were friendly, and the grounds were beautiful for walks. Breakfast had fresh pastries and good coffee.

The hotel had a great outdoor area where the kids could run around and play. I remember seeing a family of children climb on trees in the vast green grounds, laughing and enjoying themselves—a safe space where they could let loose.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for our stay.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with spacious common areas, making it very inviting. I appreciated the well-maintained gardens, which provided a peaceful atmosphere for my strolls, and the accessibility made moving around easy for seniors like myself.
Rooms could use better sound insulation.

The family room was spacious with incredibly comfortable mattresses, reminiscent of home. Spa amenities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were impeccably clean, enhancing our relaxation. While the breakfast selections were good, the pizza served for dinner was burnt, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable meal experience.

missingWrote a review on Aug 01spacious groundsvaried breakfastunpleasant odors
The grounds are spacious and well-kept, offering a decent place for a stroll or some fresh air. The breakfast spread is varied enough to provide a solid start to the day, which I appreciated during my stay.
The room environment could use serious attention. I encountered some unpleasant odors upon entering, likely due to maintenance issues. Both rooms I visited had some unfortunate carpet issues, specifically worn and threadbare areas that clearly hadn't been addressed. Noise filtration isn't up to par, as I could hear children running and playing in the hallways, disrupting any peace I had hoped for. there was a notable lack of cleaning in common areas, with dust and dirt evident in several spots. Dining choices felt limited, and the quality sometimes didn't match the price point, leaving a bit to be desired.

We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious grounds, perfect for our little ones to run around safely. The dinner was quite tasty, offering a delightful variety for the family, and the staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome.
In my kids' opinion, the pool schedule was a letdown. Family swim hours were restricted, making it hard for us to even take a refreshing evening dip after dinner.
